Alyson Lee Hannigan (doğum tarihi: 24 Mart 1974), Amerikalı bir aktris ve televizyon sunucusudur. En çok, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Buffy: Vampir Avcısı) televizyon dizisinde Willow Rosenberg rolüyle, How I Met Your Mother sitcomunda Lily Aldrin karakteriyle (bu rolüyle 2009'da People's Choice Award kazandı) ve American Pie film serisindeki Michelle Flaherty karakteriyle tanınmaktadır. 2016'dan beri Hannigan, Penn & Teller: Fool Us adlı televizyon programını sunmaktadır. Ayrıca Disney Junior'un Fancy Nancy (2018-günümüz) animasyon serisinde Claire Clancy'nin sesiyle de katkıda bulunmaktadır.
